KPHS PE Curriculum Intent

KPHS PE Department ensures the values of Kindness, Perseverance, Helpfulness, and Success are promoted through a challenging and varied curriculum that is delivered through high-quality PE lessons which place a high value on skill acquisition and mastery, whilst inspiring ambition in our students to develop excellence and actively engage in lifelong physical activity.

We promote our ethos of “Aspire, Learn, Achieve” and place a high value on developing resilience, communication, teamwork, and respect, as well as leadership skills through sport and competition, essential skills that students will require to be successful citizens upon leaving education and entering the workplace.
