GCSE Options

Thank you for attending the Parent’s and Curriculum Choices evening on Wednesday 13^th November 2024. Please find copies of the Curriculum Choices presentation and the parents’/carers’ information here. You should have received at the evening, your child’s academic report or if you were unable to attend this was posted out to you. If you do not have their academic report please contact their Pupil Progress Lead, Ms R Warburton (rwarburton@kingswaypark.org) to receive an additional copy.

The deadline for submitting your child’s 6 option choices, in order of preference, is Wednesday 18^th December 2024. At the start of December, you will receive a text message with the link and the link will also be posted here on the school website. Your child then will receive their unique access code from their tutor to be able to fill in the online form together. All submissions by the deadline will be treated equally. 

Here is the link for submitting option choices https://form.jotform.com/243032947608358. Your child has been given their unique code to access the form this week. If your child has lost their code, their tutor can remind them of it or if you contact the school directly, we will be able to give you it too. Please complete option choices by Wednesday 18^th December.

We encourage you to support your child to choose subjects that they are good at and will enjoy. It is also important to choose a range of subjects in order to build a wide range of skills to prepare them for further study and the world of work. Details of the local labour market and the Ebacc can be found in the presentation and information booklet.
