Find out what we’ve been up to recently at Kingsway Park

It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to Kingsway Park High School.

Following an incredibly successful 10 years of leadership from the school’s first ever headteacher, we now move towards a very exciting future where we will welcome our new headteacher on 2nd November 2020. In the interim, Mr I Carey and Mr C Kolbuck are immensely proud and privileged to share the role of acting headteachers. We have a deep loyalty to Kingsway Park High School’s students, families, staff, and the local community and we will provide stability and strong leadership for the first half term.

Kingsway Park High School is a creative ambitious learning environment where our core purpose is to help everyone to be the best that they can be.

At Kingsway Park High School, we seek to realise the potential of all our students and make sure that they are confident, engaging, and highly skilled young people. Our incredibly experienced and talented staff will ensure that we give all our students real and tangible opportunities to follow learning routines that will genuinely transform their lives. We believe that there are no boundaries to achievement and we will, at all times, encourage every student to achieve their best.

Our learning environment is inspirational and innovative with outstanding facilities as well as being a significant community landmark. High quality pastoral care and teaching and learning are at the heart of our school: we offer all our students well-planned learning opportunities and personal development opportunities that will engage and motivate them with a desire to be lifelong learners.

We strongly believe that it takes a community to raise a child and Kingsway Park High School seeks to work in partnership with our families, our community, local services, feeder primary schools, FE colleges, and everyone who has a passion for supporting the young people of Rochdale to help our students learn, grow, and develop into talented, ambitious, happy and healthy good citizens.

We hope that you find our website informative and helpful.
