Music

Introduction

At KPHS, the Music curriculum develops students’ skills in performing, composing and listening across a wide range of musical styles. Students gain confidence through practical activities, learning to express themselves creatively and develop a deeper understanding of music from different cultures and traditions.

Our curriculum encourages all students to explore their potential, take risks in their learning, and reflect on their progress. By the time they leave KPHS, students are confident performers, creative thinkers, and culturally aware musicians, ready to engage with music both in and beyond the classroom.
