Your new school
Kingsway Park High School opened in September 2010 in a purpose built, state of the art building with high quality facilities and resources. The school is a forward thinking and reflective learning community which ‘successfully brings together pupils from a wide range of backgrounds, races and cultures’ (Ofsted 2017).
Leadership is strong and effective within the school and there is an established ethos where ‘every pupil is valued’ (Ofsted 2017). The students’ behaviour is good and positive attitudes to learning are evident throughout the school ensuring that staff can focus on delivering excellent teaching and learning, and ensuring students continue to make good progress.

Your new role
Is to collaboratively work in a developing department, facilitating students to ensure the best possible progress is made. You will contribute to building and furthering the strengths of the department whilst continuing to offer enriching and inspiring experiences for all students.
What you’ll need to succeed
You need to be passionate with a good understanding of your subject and the drive to engage and inspire students no matter the age, gender, ethnicity or religion.
