Lateral Flow Testing Consent

In preparation for a return to school in September we may be asked to carry out lateral flow device (LFD) testing for all students. Please click on this link https://b.link/98efae and complete the consent form no later than Monday 12th July – Thank you.

To help with your transition from Year 6 – 7 we will be holding a Summer School for those students who are starting at Kingsway Park High School in September 2021.To register your interest please follow the link below and complete the form. We will be in contact with you soon!

We will also provide an online transition experience so that no-one misses out, so please continue to re-visit our transition page regularly over the Summer term.

Transition Presentation – Mrs J Carey 

We know that you will be eager to learn about how we do things at Kingsway Park High School. Mrs J Carey will talk about uniform, equipment, break/lunch, corridors/classrooms, your timetable, rewards and lots more! Please do not worry if it feels like a lot to take in. You will be fully supported by caring and supportive staff who are always ready to help. 

 

Year Manager – Ms A Saville 

Next, meet your Year Manager. You will see a lot of Ms Saville, so remember to say ‘hello’ and introduce yourself. 

 

Headteacher – Mrs J Langley 

Before we go any further, you will want to become familiar with our wonderful Headteacher, Mrs Langley. She is very friendly and will be keen to get to learn your name. So do say ‘hello’ when you see Mrs Langley. 

 

Next, we will let our Senior Leadership Team introduce themselves. You will see their faces as you arrive at school, during break/lunch and as you leave school at the end of the day. Take time to tell them your name and share a little bit about yourself with them.

All Year 6 students will receive a Transition Workbook to help you prepare for coming to Kingsway Park High School. Begin filling it in and remember to bring it with you on your Transition Days in July. Your tutor will be keen to take a look at it.
