Year 11 Parents’ Evening Thursday 10 March 2022

We are delighted to announce that finally we can host our Year 11 Parents’ Evening here at Kingsway Park High School. If feels like such a long time since we have been able to invite our parents and carers into the building and have face to face contact. We are really looking forward to rebuilding these relationships.
The parents’ evening will take place on Thursday 10 March, 4.00pm - 6.30pm. Appointments must be made online by following this link: https://KPHS.schoolcloud.co.uk after which you will receive an email confirming your appointments. On the evening itself, you will come into school and speak face to face with the teachers with whom you have made an appointment. So that we are considerate of the current COVID situation please restrict the number of visitors coming into school to 1 per household.
To enable this evening to run successfully and avoid overcrowding in the school hall, it is imperative that you make your appointments online before attending. Attending school without appointments will result in you not being able to meet with teaching staff.
Appointments can be made immediately and will close on Thursday 10 March at 4.00pm. If you have any problems making appointments online or you do not have access to the internet, please contact Miss A Taylor at the school, so that we can resolve the issue.
This is a very important event where you will be able to meet with subject teachers and discuss the academic progress of your child. Year 11 are at an important stage in school, and it is crucial that you are aware whether they are achieving or are on-track to achieving their target grades. This event will enable you to receive this information from their subject teachers, and we strongly recommend that you see as many of your child’s teachers as possible. It is an ideal opportunity to celebrate the successes that they have had so far this year and to identify where school and home can work together to support them in achieving even more.
Should you require, you will also have the option to make an appointment with our Year 11 Managers, Ms J Reilly and Ms O Worth and our SEND Coordinator Mrs C Eaton - Caswell.
