Transition Day 9.00am – 2.10pm
Students should arrive at the student services entrance for 9.00am. We ask that students do not arrive too early to allow for the rest of the school to arrive and be in their classrooms. Students should wear their full primary school uniform. They should bring a pen and a water bottle. We will provide a free school lunch for every student, or they can bring their own packed lunch. If your child has any dietary requirements, then please email Ms A Taylor at the school stating their allergies etc. ataylor@kingswaypark.org
Students will leave school at 2.10pm. Kingsway Park High School is very busy at the end of the school day, so if you area collecting your child by car then please park at a safe distance away from the school. There is no parking on the school car park.
Transition forms the start of our significant partnership together. We see the forming of a positive relationship between parents, staff and students as a fundamental building block to the success of your child, during their time at Kingsway Park High School. Only through this collective responsibility and consistency of support, can we hope to achieve a ‘World Class Learning Experience’, for all of our students.
Please make every effort to attend the Welcome Evening and I shall look forward to meeting you and your child on Monday 3 July. In the meantime, if you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to email ataylor@kingswaypark.org
Yours faithfully,
Simon Ward
Headteacher
