Topic Intent:

Set externally by Eduqas/ AQA. Students are asked to analyse and research a set task, before planning preparing and cooking a range of dishes. They will be required to evaluate each dish showing high level technical skills, before analysing the nutritional content of the dishes created. During this year students will also learn how to effectively revise and prepare for a range of long and short answer questions in their external exam.
