1.       Students will produce a PowerPoint document with all their photo shoots and edited photographs.

2.       Students will annotate and deconstruct their photographs on their PowerPoint coursework.

3.       Be confident in understanding what they are taking photographs of and why.

Topic Intent:

Students will investigate the functions of the SLR camera as well as artists, crafts people and photographers that link to the natural world. Students will progress through their electronic coursework portfolio over the 2 years on the course. Students will look at how they can set up photo shoots and how to edit using ADOBE Photoshop.

AO1, AO2, AO3, AO4 – Each Assessment Objective is work 25% (18 marks each) for a total of 72.

AO2 – Experimentation with materials and techniques

Students are asked to work on their coursework/online PowerPoint development at home continuously. This is to ensure all tasks that are started and worked on in lesson are completed at home. Students are able to access their coursework through Kingsnet, TEAMS and Padlet, this means work can be continued at home.
