School Admission Appeals Timetable 2021

Within Year Appeals

Appeals resulting from within year school admission applications will be heard as soon as practicable within the timescales set out in the Changes to the admission appeals regulations during the coronavirus outbreak guidance.

Appeals for September 2021 Entry

Appeals resulting from year of entry (Reception) or transfer applications (Year 7 entry) for admission in September 2021 will be heard according to the following timetable:

Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing along with a copy of the school’s case at least 14 days in advance of the hearing.  Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard as soon as is practicable in accordance with the Guidance.
